Two swept away by Rivers

BIRATNAGAR, June23: Two have died in Jaatey and Madhumalla of the district after being swept away by rivers.

BIRATNAGAR, June23: Two have died in Jaatey and Madhumalla of the district after being swept away by rivers.

Nirmala Rai, a resident of Taandi -5, was swept away while crossing Teli River in Jaatey-2, according Morang Police.

Likewise, Ram Prasad Gautam of Madhumall-4, Morang also got killed as Nunshari River brushed him away.

Over flow of water in Bokraha River due to heavy rain fall since past two days have damaged a dam inundating Madhumalla which has displaced 15 families.
