Two people missing after falling into Bheri River during bridge construction

The police confirmed that two people have gone missing after falling into the river while constructing a suspension bridge in Barahatal Rural Municipality-4, Surkhet on Wednesday.

BIRENDRANAGAR, Feb 5:  Two people have gone missing after falling into the Bheri River while constructing a suspension bridge in Surkhet.


The police confirmed that two people have gone missing after falling into the river while constructing a suspension bridge in Barahatal Rural Municipality-4, Surkhet on Wednesday.

Ajay Dangi, Police Inspector at the District Police Office, Surkhet  said that the missing persons have been identified as Anil Gharti, 24, and Arjun Jhankri Magar, 18, of Sisne Rural Municipality-2, Rukum East.


They were involved in the construction of the suspension bridge over the Bheri River connecting Kuta and Chamri in Barahatal Rural Municipality-4.
