KATHMANDU, April 30: Three persons were injured when a gas cylinder exploded near the Deurali Club of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Ward No 31.

Kabiraj Adhikari, 46, originally from Udayapur and two others, whose identities have not been ascertained yet, were injured when the gas cylinder exploded at the gas shop of a local Sanjay Karki on Wednesday night, said police.
All the injured have been receiving treatment at Civil Hospital, New Baneshwor. According to the Metropolitan Police Circle, Baneshwor, a scooter (Ba 71 Pa 741) was damaged in the fire.
