The event will be held in Kathmandu on Saturday, March 31 at Hotel Yak & Yeti and in Pokhara on Sunday, April 1 at Hotel Pokhara Grande.[break]
The Fair will see representatives from 10 private colleges and institutions.
There will also be specialists from Dolphin Educational Consultancy Centre, Orchid Education Consultancy, and Rohini International Education Services to provide students, parents and visitors their expert opinions about education in New Zealand.
The first New Zealand Educational Fair of 2011 was organized by the joint efforts of Rohini International Education Services and Dolphin Educational Consultancy Centre in order to reintroduce New Zealand as study prospect to Nepali students opting to study abroad.
The event is being continued this year to provide students the opportunities to contemplate studying in New Zealand which was ranked as the first in the education sector in the annual report of the Human Development Index (HDI) by the UNDP.
Kumari Bank Nepal Limited is the official bank at the event which is also promoted by the New Zealand Educated, the main department looking after New Zealand Government’s international education sector.
The fair will be open from 11 AM to 5 PM during which parents and students can inquire about studying in the Kiwi land. The entry to the event is free.
