Tata Car Mela concludes

KATHMANDU (REPUBLICA): The four-day long Tata Car Mela concluded on Monday, Sipradi Trading -- the authorized distributor for Tata Motors in Nepal, said Tuesday. In a statement on Tuesday, Sipradi said this year’s event, which was third edition, received ‘an overwhelming response from more than 2,200 enthusiastic visitors’. The event, according to Sipradi, aimed to impart technical knowledge about different models of Tata vehicles.

Officials of the company said that 74 visitors booked different models of Tata vehicles during the event while more than 150 people got their vehicles valued for exchange.  Meanwhile, Sipradi said that Mina Mishra Sharma and Namrata Yogi had won its Facebook Photo Contest organized during the event. They each won a free Dubai trip for a couple, it said.
