The finale began with an introduction round of all 24 contestants followed by the best dress round. 12 contestants were short listed for the semi final round in which they answered questions from judges like Bhai Raja Tuladhar, Chairperson of Image Channel; singer/ rapper Nirnaya Shrestha, singer Prabesh Man Shakya and VJ and former Miss Newa Supriya Tuladhar. In the final round, seven finalists competed for the crown by expressing their views on what can be done to unite Newa community. There was a tie between Prativa Maharjan and Sirapa Tara Tuladhar in the final round and Supriya Tuladhar asked the tie breaker question to them.
Pooja Shakya was given the subtitle for Miss Friendship and Prativa Maharjan and Yamika Maharjan were announced Miss Discipline and Miss Charming respectively.

Renu Shrestha was declared Miss Photogenic, Sujana Bajracharya received the title of Miss Personality, Neha Prajapati was awarded for Best Smile, Dilasha Manandhar won the Best Dress and talent round.
Sirapa Tara Tuladhar won the Public Choice Award and also the Best Nepal Bhasa award.
The program also included performances by singer Prabesh Man Shakya who was also one of the judges, dancers from Nepa Dance Academyand Suraj Bajracharya who sang the Newari version of Psy’s Gangnam Style.
