KATHMANDU, Aug 11: Outgoing Indian Ambassador to Nepal Rakesh Sood has expressed dissatisfaction over non-completion of constitution writing and the peace process in Nepal despite repeated extensions of the Constituent Assembly term.

"At a personal level, I am leaving Kathmandu with a sense of satisfaction and yet at another level there is also a little sense of disappointment that we have missed the target dates. I hope that in coming months Nepal will be able to complete the peace process and draft a new constitution because that is the best way forward for peace and stability in Nepal," Sood told journalists at Tribhuvan International Airport before leaving for New Delhi.
