KATHMANDU, Sept 14: A socket bomb was found planted near Parmananda Jha’s residence in Gaurighat on Monday. The bomb was planted barely 10 meters from his residence, police said.

Bomb disposal teams of Nepal Army and Armed Police Force defused the bomb.
