KATHMANDU, June 3: Soaltee Hotels & Resorts has expanded its portfolio in the Kathmandu Valley by taking over the management and operation of a new five-star property, The Soaltee Resort Shivapuri National Park, under a hotel management agreement with Classic View Resort Limited.
Located on the edge of Shivapuri National Park, the luxury resort offers a premium mountain retreat experience with panoramic views of the Kathmandu Valley, surrounded by forests, biodiversity, and a tranquil natural environment.

The resort currently features 25 well-appointed rooms and a private villa, with an additional 51 luxury rooms under construction expected to be completed by November 2026. The property blends modern hospitality with Nepalese cultural design elements.
It offers multiple dining options, including the all-day dining restaurant Guras, Aairak Bar, and the BBQ terrace Jungle Fire, along with wellness facilities such as a spa, sauna, fitness centre, and outdoor swimming pool.
Positioned as both a leisure and event destination, the resort includes banquet facilities, open lawns, and an amphitheatre for weddings, corporate events, and retreats. Guests can also enjoy hiking, birdwatching, and nature-based activities.
With this addition, Soaltee Hotels & Resorts now operates its third property in the Kathmandu Valley, further strengthening its presence in Nepal’s luxury hospitality sector.
