On Saturday, Mayor Sampang highlighted how load shedding disrupts water pump operations. He wrote, "The power keeps going off! Running the water pumps has become difficult! Should I blame Salo or Bhena? Fortunately, volunteers brought water, so the public isn't upset! Follow my vision! The electricity bill for running the pump this month alone reached 4.1 million rupees!"
Despite paying a hefty electricity bill for Dharan's drinking water management, he complained about ongoing electricity supply problems.
On Friday night, he posted a status demanding the contact number of the Managing Director of the Electricity Authority. Expressing his anger, he wrote, "What is the MD's number? I want to curse them like a donkey! The power keeps going off as usual! How can this happen?" He repeatedly criticized the management and voiced dissatisfaction with the persistent load shedding.
Mayor Sampang warned that he would respond even more strongly if the load shedding worsens. In another status, he wrote, "If load shedding happens, I will curse like never before..." Since Thursday, intermittent load shedding has plagued the entire country, leaving the public increasingly frustrated.
