KATHMANDU, April 19: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has decided to begin its district-level conventions starting from April 28.
Party spokesperson Manish Jha said that a meeting of the party’s secretariat held on Sunday made the decision to launch the district conventions from that date.

The secretariat meeting took place at the party’s central office.
Meanwhile, the party’s central committee meeting is scheduled for Monday, where the agenda endorsed by the secretariat meeting will be approved.
