PANITYANKI, March 19: Deputy Prime Minister and Rastriya Prajatantra Party chair Kamal Thapa has directed the party cadres to be ready for local poll.
In an interaction organized by the party district chapter here today, chair Thapa further urged the UDMF to take part in the local elections.
He further shared that his party will go for protest in both parliament and street against the election commission's decision as it arbitrarily decided to remove the portion of Hindu state and monarchy from RPP's statute.
He added that the EC's decision was unconstitutional and one-sided.
On the occasion, lawmakers Shailendra Bantawa and Rajaram Bartaula had also urged the party cadres to be ready for election. RSS
