KATHMANDU, June 18: The bill to establish the Sahid Dasharath Chand Health Science University has been authenticated.
President Ram Chandra Paudel approved the bill on Wednesday, according to the President’s Office Spokesperson Shailaja Regmi Bhattarai.

The bill had been passed by both houses of the Federal Parliament and was sent to the President for final approval.
The government introduced the bill to promote education and research in the field of health sciences. The bill aims to produce healthcare professionals within the country and improve access to health services.
