The ordinances issued by President Bhandari are the Ordinance on the Commission of Investigation on Enforced Disappeared Persons, the Ordinance on the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (first amendment), the Ordinance on Election of National Assembly Member-2075 BS, the National Medical Education Ordinance-2075 BS and the Ordinance Related to Remuneration, Facilities and Condition of Service of the Secretary General of the Federal Parliament, Secretary of House of Representatives and Secretary of National Assembly-2075 BS.
President Bhandari issued the ordinances as per Article 114 (1) of the Constitution at the recommendation of Council of Ministers. RSS
