Bhandari has unveiled the earthquake memorial during the reconstruction campaign program.
With the formal inauguration of the reconstruction campaign, the Reconstruction Authority has also started reconstructing those houses devastated by the April 25 mega earthquake.
Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, Nepali Congress President Sushil Koirala, UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Authority CEO Sunil Gyawali were present at the inaugural program.
