KATHMANDU, Jan 21: President Ram Chandra Paudel has summoned the winter session of parliament, set to commence on January 31.

The President's Office confirmed the decision, following a proposal from the Council of Ministers earlier this week. The session will include meetings of both the National Assembly and the House of Representatives.
