On Friday, President Paudel certified the ‘Bill to amend some Nepal Acts’ related to loan sharking (Civil Code).
According to Shailaja Regmi Bhattarai, spokesperson for the President's Office, President Paudel has certified the bill in accordance with Article 113 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal.
