KATHMANDU, Nov 8: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has extended congratulations to the United States President-elect Joe Biden.
Taking to twitter, Bhandari congratulated Biden, and vice-president-elect Kamala Harris for securing a win in the United States Presidential election.
