KATHMANDU, Dec 16: The police have submitted the investigation report against Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairman Rabi Lamichhane.
The police completed the investigation and submitted the report to the District Government Attorney Office on Monday.

According to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Basant Sharma of the District Police Office, Kaski, former DIG of the police, Chhavilal Joshi, is also a defendant in the case.
In the report, the police have requested action against Lamichhane for cooperative fraud, organized crime, and money laundering.
Former deputy prime minister and home minister Lamichhane was arrested on October 18* from Kathmandu. After that, he was taken to Pokhara, Rupandehi, Kathmandu, Chitwan, and Parsa, where his statements related to the mismanagement of funds from various cooperatives were recorded.
