SUNSARI, Feb 5: The Dharan Police seized around 101 kilograms of illegal marijuana from a car at Sardu Bridge near Bishnupaduka in Dharan Sub-metropolitan City-17 on Tuesday morning.
Police discovered the illegal substance in the car on Wednesday after receiving a tip-off that drugs were being transported through the route.

According to police sources, based on a tip-off, a team of police deployed from the Area Police Office, Dharan, seized 101 kilograms of marijuana from the car (Ba 9 Cha 1768) parked near the bridge. The driver of the car is currently absconding.
Police have impounded the car along with the seized marijuana and are conducting further investigations to locate the person involved in the trafficking.
