The Parliament Secretariat has stated that Dahal will address the meeting to be held at 1 pm. In a discussion held on Monday with the Chief Whip of the parties representing the parliament, it was agreed that Dahal would address today's meeting.

The program for the Prime Minister to address the Koshi Provincial Assembly was scheduled a week ago. However, the opposition party leader's address in the HoR was decided just yesterday.

Earlier, Dahal had addressed the Parliament on February 6. On that day, as PM Oli was also absent from the Parliament, Dahal had raised a complaint.
