PM Oli has Rs 700,000 cash balance at the Everest Bank Ltd as mentioned in the detail received from the Ministry for Information and Communication Technology.
The PM's asset detail form mentions that his wife Radhika Shakya owns 10 kattha land property in Jhapa and one and a half ropanis of land along with one and a half storey house in Bhaktapur.
The PM's spouse further owns 13-14 tola gold jewellery, Rs 950,000 balance at Machhapuchre Bank, Rs 450,000 in Prabhu Bank Ltd and National Saving Bond equivalent to Rs 1.5 million. PM Oli has said that the money was earned on his own.
An individual bearing any public position must submit asset details as per the Prevention of Corruption Act-2059 BS and Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority Act-2048 BS. RSS
