KATHMANDU, Oct 29: Prime Minister Sushila Karki has called on an all-side meeting today to discuss the upcoming elections scheduled for March 5 and other political issues.
The meeting is scheduled to take place at the Prime Minister's official residence at 4:00 this afternoon, Minister for Communications and Information Technology Jagadish Kharel confirmed. Chiefs or representatives of different major political parties, ministers and leading Gen-Z figures are expected to attend the meeting.
The government is holding talks with different sides including the political parties, Election Commission of Nepal, security bodies and other stakeholders for creating a conducive environment for polls.
