Phone lines of key govt offices cut-off

LALITPUR, July 20: Telephone lines of various important government offices in Lalitpur have been disconnected for not paying off dues on time.



The office was compelled to cut off the telephone lines of government offices for not clearing dues even after frequently approaching the offices several times, informed Nepal Telecom sources. [Break]



Service recipients have also been hit hard when telephone lines of important and sensitive offices were cut.



The Telecom has not spared the very sensitive fire engine service, Pulchowk police range and District Development Committee, Lalitpur.



Likewise, Ministers’ quarters in Hariharbhawan, Pulchowk have also witnessed telephone line disconnect time and again for not paying off the charges.
