KATHMANDU, Jan 12: People have lined up to receive vaccines at Civil Service Hospital in Kathmandu after the government made it mandatory to have a vaccination card for people to enter public offices, hotels, restaurants, cinemas, stadiums, to use air services, or even to enter a public park from January 21.
