Mangal Chaudhary, 31, of the locality was killed in the incident, according to chief of ward police office, Lamahi Laxman Bahadur Shahi. Chaudhary was working with Nepali Army in Surkhet and he was at home on leave.
Police found his body dismembered as a result of the blast at the river bank on Wednesday evening, Shahi said. Further investigation into the incident is underway. RSS
