KATHMANDU, Dec 7: The 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NMB Microfinance Institution has decided to distribute 25 percent bonus shares to its shareholders from the profit earned in Fiscal Year 2015/2016.

According to the institution, the AGM also approved a proposal to increase its capital to Rs 400 million. The total paid-up capital of the microfinance
institution will reach Rs 110.27 million after the distribution of bonus and right shares as approved from AGM.
