KATHMANDU, Dec 9: The annual report of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has been presented to President Bidhya Devi Bhandari.

NHRC Chairperson Top Bahadur Magar on Thursday submitted the commission’s annual report for the fiscal year 2020/21 to the President in accordance with Article 294 of the Constitution.
