KATHMANDU, April 23: Senior ministers from Nepal and the United Arab Emirates are scheduled to hold high-level bilateral talks today to explore new areas of cooperation and investment opportunities.
The Nepali delegation will be led by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Urban Development Prakash Man Singh and the UAE side by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Abdulla arrived in Kathmandu yesterday on a two-day official visit.
Minister for Labour, Employment and Social Security Sharat Singh Bhandari, Foreign Secretary Amrit Bahadur Rai, and other senior officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs welcomed him at Tribhuvan International Airport.
Sheikh Nahyan is accompanied by UAE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Ahmed Ali Mohammad Al Sayegh, Assistant Minister for Economic and Trade Affairs Saeed Mubarak Rashid Al Hajeri, Assistant Minister for Energy and Sustainability Affairs Abdullah Balalaa, UAE Ambassador to Nepal Abdullah Jarwan Alshamsi, and other senior UAE officials. The delegation will leave for the UAE later this afternoon.
