KATHMANDU, JULY 14: Nepal recorded 260 new cases of COVID-19 along with 48 recoveries and zero death from the virus on Thursday, according to the information released by the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).
A total of 3,844 swab samples were tested for COVID-19 on the day. Of them, 214 PCR tests and 46 antigens tests turned out to be positive for the virus. There are currently 1,171 active cases of COVID-19 across the country.

So far, 11,952 people have died from the virus across the country.
Meanwhile, the Kathmandu Valley has 831 active cases of COVID-19. Of them, 726 cases are in Kathmandu, 15 in Bhaktapur and 90 in Lalitpur districts
