BHADRAPUR (JHAPA), March 26: Nepal imported petroleum products worth Rs 12.74 billion through Kakarbhitta in the first eight months of the current fiscal year.
Petroleum imports dropped by Rs 641.76 million compared to the same period last fiscal year, when Nepal imported Rs 13.38 billion worth of petroleum products. Despite the decline, the Mechi Customs Office reported an increase in revenue collection, according to Information Officer Ishwar Kumar Humagai.
Kakarbhitta reaches last four

In the first eight months of the current fiscal year, the government collected Rs 6.12 billion in revenue from petroleum imports, reflecting a 5.6 percent rise compared to the Rs 5.80 billion revenue collected during the same period last year.
