KATHMANDU, Sept 18: The secretariat meeting of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) has been postponed for 11AM on Sunday.
The meeting which was due to be held today morning has been postponed for 11AM on Sunday, said secretary at NCP Party Office, Ishwori Rijal.

For the first time, the meeting is going to be held at the erstwhile CPN (Maoist Center)’s office in Perisdada, Koteshwar, after the unification between the two largest communist parties. Earlier, such meetings were held at the Prime Minister’s Residence, Baluwatar.
