JHAPA, May 1: President of the Nepali Congress Sushil Koirala has suggested the Maoist party to mend its performance by ending trust deficit with other political parties.

Speaking at a press meet on Sunday, Koriala lauded the Maoist party’s decision of focusing the peace and constitution drafting process through the central committee meeting.[break]

He however said, “This is a positive decision but is not trustworthy. We have to wait for the behavioral program of the decision.”

Koriala also said that the discussion for the pro-people constitution is irrelevant adding that the NC will not accept any kind of totalitarianism in the country.

He reiterated that there will be substantial progress within a week long in peace and constitution writing process if the Maoist leaders were honest.
