"Dahal should not have given training to the combatants," said Nabindra Raj Joshi, spokesperson of the parliamentary party about the decision of the working committee.
Dahal had given training to Maoist combatants at the Shaktikhor cantonments Monday.
The working committee has also demanded that the Maoists dissolve its paramilitary structure of the party and return the seized property.
