KATHMANDU, Sept 14: Police have arrested three culprits on the run after allegedly murdering a youth some 13 years ago.
A police team deployed from Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police arrested Shreebir Lama,31, Devraj Lama aka Sonu,31, and Rakesh Lama aka Kheppa,40, from KMC-6, Bouddha on the charge of murdering Roshan Kumar Ale Magar,24, KMC-7, Kumarigal on March 6, 2004.
According to police, a gang of 15 youths had attacked Magar with a sharp weapon over past enmity.
