The digital arm of Ambani’s Reliance Industries ‘Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd’ has announced that Mukesh Ambani is resigning from the post of director of the Reliance Jio Industry on Tuesday.

The corporation has also stated that Mukesh Ambani’s son Aakash Ambani has been appointed as the new chairperson of the board as per the decision made by the company's board at a meeting on June 27.
Similarly, Pankaj Mohan Pawar has taken over the seat of Managing Director of the company.
