KATHMANDU, Oct 4: Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Kulman Ghising has strongly denied any affiliation with the Ujyaalo Nepal Party.
In a statement posted on Facebook on Friday, Ghising clarified that claims about his involvement with the party are baseless and have drawn his serious attention.

“My serious attention has been drawn to the information and news circulated on social media and media outlets, linking me to Ujyaalo Nepal Party and its chairman. As reported, no discussion has ever taken place regarding my involvement in this party,” Ghising wrote.
He further stated that he had no participation in the so-called Zoom meeting as rumored. “Without any consultation with me, false and misleading content has been deliberately spread with malicious intent. I strongly refute these claims and request everyone not to fall into such confusion,” he said.
Ghising also urged concerned parties not to circulate unfounded information in the future.
