KATHMANDU, May 30: The government has made an arrangement to allow migrant workers to bring one additional mobile set alone with them while returning home.
In the annual budget for the Fiscal Year 2023/24 unveiled on Monday, the government has made the provision that people who have gone for foreign employment can bring one more set of mobile phones along with them.

Similarly, any material imported after July 17, 2023 will have to be shipped only with importer and market label.
