Leader Pokhrel made the remark at a workers training organized at the CPN-UML Kanchanpur Party Office in Bhimdutta Nagar.[break]
He also said the reason for delay in peace and constitution making was the Maoists´ internal rift, and expressed the view that the party should abide by all the past agreements.
Pokhrel said it was unfair to debate over army integration number and rank, and stressed on national consensus government to reach peace process to logical conclusion. He concluded that the Maoist-led government will not finalize peace process.
Informing that UML has proposed mixed system for form of governance, he also forecasted birth of a dictator because of the centralization of power and political instability.
Pokhrel said the state should be restructured on the basis of identity and capability.
He also said that the Chinese prime minister Wen Jiabao´s sudden and short visit could not assure sound security system in the country.
