KATHMANDU, May 15: President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Friday presented the government's annual policies and programs for the upcoming fiscal year 2020/21 in a joint meeting of the National Assembly and the House of Representatives at the federal parliament building in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu.
