DAMAULI, Oct 5: A boy was killed after he was struck by lightning at Jamune VDC-9 in the district on Tuesday night.
Local resident Sushil Mishra, 13, was sleeping in his home with his mother Bishnu Maya when the incident occurred, police said.
Bishnu Maya, 40, injured in the lightening strike, was referred to Manipal Teaching Hospital, Pokhara after preliminary treatment at Damauli Hospital, police said. RSS
