KATHMANDU, Dec 8: With only 600 votes to be counted, the left alliance is likely to win at Mugu. So far, the alliance has received 12,460. Nepali Congress has received 9,432, Naya Shakti: 98, A total of 624 votes have been counted as termed invalid.
