KATHMANDU, March 10: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairman Rabi Lamichhane reached the Butwal High Court on Monday, demanding cancellation of Rs 10 million bail sought from him in the Rupandehi Supreme Cooperative case.
According to the Butwal bench, the application filed by Lamichhane has been registered. The Rupandehi District Court had ordered Lamichhane to be released on a bail of Rs 10 million.

Lamichhane has filed a petition, requesting that the order be annulled as he is not satisfied regarding the bail under Section 68 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
Earlier, the Kaski District Court had ordered his release on a bail of Rs 6.5 million in the Surya Darshan Cooperative case in Pokhara, the Kathmandu District Court had ordered his release on a bail of Rs 6.6 million in the Swarnalaxmi Cooperative case in Kalimati, and Rs 5.4 in Sahara Chitwan Cooperative case.
