CHITWAN, Dec 3: Rabi Lamichhane, chairman of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has been brought to the District Government Attorney's Office in Chitwan for a statement.
Lamichhane was flown to Chitwan from Kathmandu through a Buddha Air flight this morning. Following that, he was presented to the District Government Attorney's Office in Chitwan for the statement.

A supplementary application was registered with the Chitwan police on November 20 on the charge of embezzling the funds of Sahara Multipurpose Co-Operative.
On November 28, Lamichhane was brought from Pokhara to Kathmandu for an investigation into his alleged involvement in the Swarnalaxmi Multipurpose Cooperative fraud case. The District Government Attorney Office, Kathmandu began recording the statement of Lamichhane on November 29 which concluded on Dec 2.
