Lama hits hat-trick in Shree Kumari's win

KATHMANDU, Jan 28: Tirtha Lama scored a hat-trick as Shree Kumari Club registered a 3-0 win over Pulchowk Youth Club in the inaugural match of Martyrs Memorial Red Bull B Division Football League at the APF ground in Halchowk on Monday.



Lama scored in the 13th, 35th and 72nd minutes for Shree Kumari. In another match, Satdobato Youth Club edged past Chyasal Youth Club 2-0. Bimal Rana Magar put Satdobato ahead in the 22nd minute and Tanka Lama doubled the advantage in the 68th minute. [break]



Tusal Club will take on United Youth Club, and Samajik Youth Club will lock horns with Brigade Boys Club in another match on Tuesday. Earlier, Durja Kumar Rai, the AIG of Armed Police Force, inaugurated the league.
