Joshi elected FSU president of TU Central Campus

Deepak Raj Joshi of Nepal Student Union (NSU) has been elected as the President of the Free Student Union (FSU) of Tribhuvan University Central Campus, Kirtipur. Joshi won with 789 votes.

KATHMANDU, April 1: Deepak Raj Joshi of Nepal Student Union (NSU) has been elected as the President of the Free Student Union (FSU) of Tribhuvan University Central Campus, Kirtipur. Joshi won with 789 votes.


In 2079, NSU had also won the student elections at the TU campus, with Shyam Raj Ojha representing the party.

This time, the election saw intense competition among student organizations from three different political parties at the TU campus.


A total of 3,118 votes were cast, with Deepak Raj Joshi securing 789 votes, while Siddhant Bhatta of All Nepal National Free Student Union (ANNFSU) received 781 votes. Similarly, Prabin Dahal from ANNFSU received 727 votes.
