Speaking at a press meet organized at Singhadurbar on Thursday, Oli said, "India has welcomed our constitution by inviting me for a state visit who was elected as per provisions in the current constitution," he said.He reiterated that he will not ink agreements but utilize the visit to improve the bilateral relations soured in recent times. "No agreements will be signed during my visit," he added, "This visit will rather concentrate to improve bilateral relations."
The PM also said that parties are eager to form a political mechanism prior to his India visit.
Oli will leave for India visit on Friday.
