KATHMANDU, June 30: Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Sher Bahadur Tamang has pledged the incumbent government's stance for constitutional supremacy and rule of law.
At a face-to-face programme organized at Reporters' Club today, he informed that the parliament has endorsed 73 out of 110 laws required for the implementation of federalism.

Drafts of the remaining laws would be registered at the parliament soon; he shared, adding that the laws would be enacted within coming September 19.
The government has the commitment to frame all laws within the deadline, he said.
The separate bills related to insurance and administrative court have been already registered in the parliament and the Public Procurement Act is under the process of amendment, the Minister shared.
He further said that the appointment of office-bearers of constitutional bodies has not been made due to failure in the formation of parliamentary hearing committee.
