Owner of Silong Hotel Moktan, her sons Bijay and Manoj and Kumar Tamang of Kavre district were held for allegedly murdering BK by slitting her. It is said that BK was residing in the hotel for couple of days.
Moktan was arrested at 1:00 am while carrying the body of BK to throw in drainage at Mechinagar Municipality-10. RSS
