KATHMANDU, July 25: The meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) is scheduled to take place at 1.00 pm today at the parliamentary building.
In today's meeting, Minister for Education, Science and Technology Raghuji Pant is scheduled to present a proposal seeking consideration on the 'Tilganga Eye Institute Bill, 2081 BS' originated from the National Assembly.

This bill which was registered in the National Assembly on 18 June 2024 was passed on 17 March 2025.
The bill is related to establishing and operating a university as a center of excellence in the field of eye health education, teaching, and research, providing health services with specialized care, and developing and expanding the latest technologies in the field of eye health.
